 This week, we proudly recognise and celebrate the incredible volunteers who make our club what it is.

At Falcons, the reality is simple - a club of our size does not self-maintain. It takes countless hours, much commitment, and a genuine passion for our soccer family to create the thriving, inclusive and successful environment we are so proud of today.

A special acknowledgement to our President, Tony Salvatore, whose leadership, passion and tireless dedication continue to drive our club forward year after year.

To our phenomenal kitchen crew - Vinza, Fil, Serge & Peter and many other valued contributors - thank you for the countless meals, long nights and welcoming atmosphere you create for our players, families and supporters.

To our Executive Committee and General Committee, your work behind the scenes often goes unseen, but never unappreciated. From planning, organising, fundraising, administration, maintenance and everything in between - your efforts ensure our club runs smoothly both during the season and throughout the off-season.

To our junior coaching staff, thank you for investing your time into developing not only future soccer superstars, but confident young people who love the game.

And to our senior volunteer support staff, team managers, helpers and everyone who steps up whenever needed - thank you for being the backbone of our senior program.

Most importantly, thank you to every single volunteer who contributes in ways big and small. Whether you’re cooking meals, filling in as a linesperson, coaching, washing uniforms, organising events, helping behind the scenes or simply putting your hand up when needed - you are what makes Falcons such a special club.

Because of you, our club culture continues to grow, thrive and feel like family.
